Bombay Store - Merchandising Strategy
The Bombay Store is a chain of department stores which offer lifestyle products that are a perfect blend of contemporary and traditional techniques and art forms.
The store in Bangalore is a 20,000 sq.ft. store in a prime location in the city. As a result of the huge space allotted to each category, products were slow-moving and GMROF was low.
Integrated Retail's strategy resulted in an increase in sales, despite reducing the space by 25%.

Ebony - IT Implementation & Management
Ebony Retail Holdings Ltd. is a Delhi chain of department stores with 8 stores retailing over 2,00,000 sq.ft. in Northern India.
The client wanted to implement an IT solution across the store chain, warehouse and the head office to handle the large no. of users, SKUs and complex retail operations.
Integrated Retail has implemented RetailPro as the Point-of-Sale and Inventory Management System in the chain. There are over 20 concurrent users using RetailPro in each store. Operations process definition and refinement were done in the areas of purchases, receipts and stock movement to ensure that related processes were integrated with the RetailPro functionalities.

Reliance WebWorld - SOP & Business Benchmarking
Reliance WebWorld is the retail interface initiative of the Reliance Infocomm and a part of Reliance's strategy of vertical integration. Reliance WebWorld was launched to service & support customers of Reliance IndiaMobile. It is today the largest retail chain involving 250 stores.
Integrated Retail was commissioned to identify best practices across the world and define operational processes in the stores, as well as selected back-end operations in order to provide a world-class experience to customers in a first-of-its-kind retail store in the country.
Integrated Retail enabled crystallization of the business operations model and clearly defined operations procedures across the business. Unique three tier output was modeled to manage comprehensiveness and provide ease of use.
Watsons - Operations Audit
A part of A.S. Watsons Group, Watsons Your Personal Store is Asia’s leading health and beauty chain. It operates around 700 stores spread across 10 countries. Products retailed range from medicine, cosmetics and toiletries to fashion items, confectioneries, cards and toys.
The client wanted to consolidate its learning from its operations in different countries and introduce standard operating procedures that reflected best practices assimilated from the various operations.
Integrated Retail mapped Watson’s current practices and processes and recommending the best practices. The study was carried out at different store locations across 7 countries. Integrated Retail presented a ‘Best Practices Process Manual’ consisting of work flow, training, monitoring, audit and KPIs. This was signed off by the regional Directors.
