Founder of Integrated Retail and also holds a position of Managing Director since April 2001. Post graduated from University of Delhi, Faculty of Management Studies - MBA, Marketing Strategy Finance, from 1991 – 1993 specializing in Marketing and strategy. First exposure of Information Technology during year 1991 with Business development group – CMC Limited, now he is responsible in strategize, execute and growth of the company. He leads teams of IR members across the Asia Pacific with offices in India, UAE, Singapore, The Philippines and Thailand. Before that, he used to work for “Madura Garments” as Brand Manager for 4 years managing several outlets. He was assigned for the product & retail chain management back then, implementing in retail expansion of 20 new exclusive stores.
Anil Kumar B R, aged 45 years, a Commerce graduate, Chartered Accountant by profession has over 23 years of experience in Build Operate and Transfer of professionally run companies covering areas of Finance, Audit, Accounts, Legal, Corporate Governance, Human Resource and General Administration. Before joining Integrated Retail as its CFO, whole time Director in the year 2001, was associated with Coats Viyella in its apparel division Madura Garments between 1990-2000 including a very brief stint with Coats Egypt as its CFO, whole time Director
Director and Organization Development of Integrated Retail, post graduated from National Institute of Fashion Technology has plenty of experience in leadership. Throughout the past thirteen years, her tenure at Levi Strauss & Co, had developed hands on, managerial & leadership experience and skills in the area of Sales, Marketing, Apparel Design, Product Management, Technology, Forecasting, Business Planning, SAP Implementation & Business Process Re-engineering. She has also led BPI Initiatives in the areas of Business Intelligence, Order to Cash (SAP) and Demand Planning at Levi Strauss Asia Pacific. She was responsible to fine tune, standardize and implement standard & more robust processes with an aim to reduce the gap between strategy and execution.
