Knowledge transfer to client's IT Team and end users
Interface with middle and / senior level client personnel to understand functional data requirements, report generation and overall enhanced utilization of Retail Application features and functions
First level support
Evaluate and Monitor networking and communication set-up and troubleshooting
Quality Assurance, Client satisfaction and client IT team conformity on Retail Application best practices
Be the ultimate coordinator / resolve issues
Skill Set:
Atleast 1 year of experience in implementation &and/or Support phases of the any Retail Software Applications
Working knowledge of network, operating systems etc
Self Driven and Result Oriented
Team Player
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Technical:
Worked on at least 1 Retail Application
Good knowledge of Hardware & Operating System knowledge
Good at MS-Office
Good Database knowledge such as SQL Server, Oralce, MS-Access, MySQL
Should have ability to use / understand any Report
